Shortly after working on the RN Concepts proposals with Gerard, he came to us with a bigger project that we focused on for most of 2012. It began with a new affiliate identity and a central website where we could begin recruiting new agents for Healthcare Solutions Team.
We began discussing the main purpose of the new website, which quickly turned into a custom marketing campaign project. After much planning, we realized Gerard needed more than just a website, but a way to communicate data from his new site into his everyday training schedule. While planning for an automated workflow, we paid high attention to the use of the primary colors seen on the logo, as well as the main functions of the website. We felt it was necessary to capture the visitors interest in applying within the first few moments of skimming through the site. Small details such as editing each photo to match the colors of the logo were applied to help make a greater impact on the viewer.
During the season of 2012, the website functioned as an application hub to capture interested applicants and their information which they sent by submitting themselves. As prospects from our marketing campaign began applying, all their secured information was sent to a database, which submitted reports at the end of everyday which allowed Gerard to streamline his schedule and interviews on his end. We have helped create this type of workflow before for various projects such as the real estate MLS, but this was our first campaign from beginning to end, while building the workflow from scratch for our client.
